Returns Policy:
At Best Menswear we allow our web customer to choose between sending goods back to us by post or returning them directly to one of our stores.
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return the goods to us up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
At Best Menswear we extend this policy further and allow you to return the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
If a product is defective in any way please return it to us immediately at PO Box 11986, Dublin 11 and we will either deliver a new one or refund you the cost of the original product.
Please ensure that when goods are being returned by post that you retain proof of postage. Also ensure that the goods are returned in secure packaging and that any return is accompanied by proof of purchases.
Where an item is faulty or damaged we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the return delivery charge.

Cancellations:
An order can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch by contacting BUY 4 Now helpdesk o n 1890-209309 (outside Ireland +353-1-2075400) or email help@buy4now.ie and quote your order reference number which you will find on your order confirmation email.
If the goods have been dispatched and received by you then the normal return policy applies.
