If you want to return any of the contents, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.

 
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
 

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered, however, we are unable to stop the order being shipped. Because we offer a fast delivery service, we start processing your order as soon as it is placed, we cannot change it or stop it at this stage.

You can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us with no charge to you. If you accept delivery, you will need to return the order either by post or to any Best Menswear Store.

 
DO YOU SELL OR ACCEPT GIFT VOUCHERS ONLINE?
 

Yes! We sell Gift Vouchers online and in store, however Gift Vouchers are only redeemable in store.

 
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE?
 

Once you have added your items to the basket and completed your address details, you will be asked if you have a discount code. If you do, enter it into the box and hit the apply button.

The discount will then be applied to your order before you pay for it.

We cannot apply discount codes after the order has been placed.

 
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
 

This should not happen, because we carefully track the stock that is available and check before we offer it for sale on the website.

However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes happen. If for some reason we cannot fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as we can.

 
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
 

Delivery to any Best Menswear Store is free for all orders.

Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is free when you spend over €50 and costs just €3 if you spend less.

Standard delivery to anywhere in UK is free when you spend over £50 and costs just £3 if you spend less.

Standard European delivery costs just €8 for all orders.

 
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
 

If you do not like something or it does not fit, you have 14 days to return it to us. If you paid for your order with your credit or debit card, you can return your order by post or you can return it directly to a Best Menswear Store. If you paid for your order using PayPal, you must return it by post.

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at webmaster@bestmenswear.ie so that we can arrange the return for you.

To return your order by post please reseal the box along wit your receipt, go to returnmyshopping.ie & follow the instructions. We will endeavour to process your return as quick as possible, please be patient as lead time with An Post & the merchant bank can take some time.

Returning your order to a Best Menswear Store

You can return your order to any Best Menswear Store for an exchange or refund.

You will need to bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.

A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.

Other Important Information

It is important to point out that all goods must be unused / unworn, have the original labels attached & footwear must be in the original box.

We do not refund underwear under any circumstances.
